.925 Sterling Silver and Silver Plated Pieces:

MAFIA Jewellery Inc produces the most extravagant, unique pieces in .925 sterling silver, silver plated and brass.  They are designed to accommodate the demands of everyday wear. Should you have any concerns with your .925 sterling silver pieces, please return new, unworn items fulfilled by www.mafiajewellery.com within 21 days of delivery for a full credit.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Brass Pieces:

Brass pieces are under warranty directly from our supplier.  For any issues with our supplier, please contact studiomafia@yahoo.com to request a direct refund.  Brass pieces are under lifetime warranty.

 Items that are not returnable:

    - Items purchased from sellers other than www.mafiajewellery.com

    - Items that have been worn or are not in new condition

    - Items damaged due to personal use or accidental circumstances

    - Items that are returned outside of the 21 day time period

Calculating your credit:

Your item will be credited of all product costs, plus applicable taxes and original shipping costs. Return shipping for refund is not covered under this return policy. Should the return be a result of error on our part, the return shipping costs will be covered by MAFIA Jewellery Inc.

Exchanges:

Any faulty item may be exchanged for the same item, by requesting a replacement at mafiaforyou@mafiajewellery.com. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item - you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item - and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You need not wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our returns center.

Items Purchased from Other Sellers:

 If the item to be returned was not sold or fulfilled by www.mafiajewellery.com, you will need to contact the seller directly or follow the specific sellers's return instructions as located on their website or in-store. For more information about your sellers's return policies and additional instructions, please contact the seller directly.
